I must admit when I heard about Laughter Yoga  the first time I was skeptical, thinking"How could you call laughing an exercise "? But when seeing Jenni the next day after a session she looked like she had won the lottery. I became curious about Laughter Yoga, Jenni showed me some of the laughter exerices and I have to admit I was converted to the Laughter Yoga concept.

We have roamed many streets and hallways and have had many laughs together.

That's what makes laughing for no reason together so fun :)

During Mental Health week Jenni did a laughter yoga session with our students. It was amazing that the children's attention stayed focused on the laughter yoga exercises for a full 30min. Now I want to laugh like the kids!

When we visited the laughter club in Bangkok to be greeted by the leader who was from Australia what I began to become aware of is, it doesn't really matter where we're all from what brings us together is our laughter. It doesn't matter if I don't speak your language and you don't speak mine. When we share laughter together we are speaking the same language. The universal language of joy! What an amazing experience we had together  in Thailand.I Love my Canadian Laughter Yoga Sister!

When I heard about Laughter Yoga, I thought "Oh no yoga!!!" I am in my 70's and not as agile as I once was. I tried Laughter Yoga and I laughed myself happy. It was great for my breathing and lifted my spirit
