I was first introduced to laughter yoga when I was in my 2nd year of the Activation Coordinator gerontology program at George Brown College. It was part of my program and introduced in the course “alternative therapies”, it seemed to me like a natural fit. That was in 2004. It took me two years to join the Beaches Laughter Club, and laughter has been a large part of my life ever since. In February 2008, along with my mother, Joy, I became a Laughter Yoga Leader and started to introduce it to my residents. in the long term care facility where I worked. In the summer of 2010 I had the pleasure of training with Dr Madan Kataria along with others from around the world. I became a certified Laughter Yoga Teacher. My teaching method is fun, upbeat and inspiring. You will be inspired to start a laughter yoga club in your area or make extra money by hosting sessions. You are welcome to contact me and find out more about becoming a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader .I am a natural laugher, I find humour in most everything. In another way laughing for no reason is very easy for me and I look forward to sharing the ability with others.
